1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Happy Birthday application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
4. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate images. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for how you use and share generated content
- Generated images should not be used to harass, defame, or harm others
- We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate use
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Subscriptions and Credits
Certain features require credits or a subscription. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal, are presented at the time of purchase. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to our policies.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
